How do these ideas translate into system change and impact what actually happens in the classroom?

Arijit has been associated with the K12 education domain for over two decades. He has rich experience in policy advocacy, academic research, teacher training, large-scale assessments, teacher audits, 21st century skills curriculum design and digital innovation, but his greatest strengths lie in bringing about positive change in the classroom and institutions, challenging the status quo. Having started his career as a teacher, he has held senior positions at Macmillan, Pearson, British Council, and Education Quality Foundation of India. At Seth M.R. Jaipuria Group he oversees academics for the group and works towards improving teaching and learning. He is also an adviser for Persona Education, and the Global Citizenship Education Foundation.
