Persona Education in 2023 – A year in review

Amid the social, humanitarian, technology and climate challenges of 2023, schools and colleges around the world found new teachable topics and embraced new tech to the benefit of their students.
Supporting this impressive positivity with our student personal development platform Persona Life Skills, at Persona Education we continued to empower teachers to deliver social-emotional learning and helped many schools and colleges improve their Careers, Citizenship, SMSC and PSHE educationm, tutoring and counselling.
Working single-mindedly on our important mission of boosting the wellbeing and employability of young people, while supporting their academic success, we made solid progress towards our vision of a world with more cooperation and less conflict.
As a result we have a huge amount to celebrate and be thankful for as we look back at 2023: Releasing v3.1 of the Persona Life Skills platform; introducing three new affordable teacher packages focused on Wellbeing, Academics and Careers; 94% of our students reporting they learnt how to improve their life skills; publishing our first white paper on Student Personal Development; achieving 100% 'Excellent' or 'Good' teacher rating on EdTech Impact; receiving press coverage in SecEd, Brainfeed, NetSupport R.I.S.E., ScooNews and more; partnering with BenQ and SMART Technologies on interactive screen access to Persona Life Skills and content; being shortlisted for two edtech innovation grants with UNICEF and Tools Competition; adding five new 'Workplace' context teacher-facilitated learning modules; surpassing the milestone of 500 schools and colleges registered in 44 countries with over 139,000 students; being shortlisted for the prestigious WISE Edtech Accelerator programme; hosting eight thought leadership and demo webinars throughout the year; receiving official approval from the Jordanian Education Minister for rollout in Jordan's vocational schools... and so much more.
