Persona Life Skills is designed as a safe, non-judgemental environment, where young people gain insights about personality styles, and begin to adapt their thinking, communication and behaviour to achieve more positive outcomes.
In order for all Persona users to gain the greatest benefits, we ask that you abide by the following code of conduct:
Privacy
Users should not share personal information about another user without their permission.
Equality
All users are equal, regardless of background, preferences or lifestyle.
Respect
An environment of mutual respect should always be maintained, regardless of any differences in opinion.
Safe
All users should feel able to access and benefit from Persona fully, without fear of negative comments from other users.
Opportunity
Users are encouraged to welcome every opportunity to learn more about themselves and, when invited, to support other users in doing the same.
Non-judgemental
No user should be made to feel negative or concerned when sharing information about how they see themselves, or how they see others.
Acknowledge
All users should acknowledge that each and every one of us has a unique mix of personality styles – some more focused and others more balanced – and whichever styles are more evident, that’s OK.
