Ansford Academy is the first school to adopt Persona Life Skills e-learning as a whole school wellbeing resource.
Persona Life Skills is a web app for schools and colleges, with unique personality insights guiding pupils age 13-19 to develop life skills such as resilience, communication skills and self-control.
Ansford, an 11-16 school in Somerset, launched Persona Life Skills earlier this month, with a collapsed timetable day for Year 9-11 students to focus on themselves, showing the school’s determination to prioritise wellbeing. Over 350 students signed in to their personalised Persona accounts, using Chromebooks, tablets and even mobile phones. A great start for Ansford on their Persona journey, and our biggest single school roll-out to date!

Where next on our edtech journey?
We’re welcoming new schools and colleges to Persona Life Skills every week. From Bristol to Canterbury, Carlisle, Finchley and Workington, to Singapore and even Yangon, teachers and students are trying out the platform.
We are learning a lot from you, and continually improving the app:
- Three new Islands (learning modules) are now included with a subscription: The Unexpected; Social Media Chat; and Group Work – get in touch to find out more
- Enhanced dashboards to track and measure engagement, activity and life skills progress, will be rolled out next week
- And we’re working hard on the next group of Islands, which go live in January: Friends; Getting Along With Teachers; and Work Experience
