Where next on our EdTech journey?
Research by the World Bank shows 80% of employers believe that social-emotional skills are the most important to success in the workplace – yet these are also the hardest to find among candidates and employees.
The social-emotional skills that Persona Life Skills helps young people develop are highly relevant in the workplace. Time management, formal communication, being adaptable and effective teamwork – to name just a few. And we are now building more and more content in the platform to help with workplace-related life challenges.
We believe it’s essential for young people to start developing skills for the workplace before they get there, to give them the best possible chance of success.
