There are now three new affordable subscription options for teachers to access Persona Life Skills with up to 30 students, for less than GBP40/USD50 per year: Wellbeing, Academic and Careers packages.
Persona Life Skills is the only personal development platform with personality insights at its heart, where students age 13+ develop social-emotional skills supporting wellbeing, academic success and employability.
The Wellbeing package includes 10 teacher-facilitated lesson modules covering self- discovery and topics like loving yourself, friendships and social action. The Academic package has 7 hours of teaching covering getting along with teachers, managing homework, preparing for exams and more. And our Careers package has 10 modules helping students get ready for the world of work, including work experience, job interviews and first job, among others. All three packages also include 66 self-directed learning Life Skills modules, personality insights, progress monitoring and our Teacher Onboarding module.

Where next on our EdTech journey?
It is a paradox of working in Social-Emotional Learning and student Personal Development that, because it is not assessed (with a few exceptions such as the aspects included in the UK Citizenship GCSE syllabus) investing in it is often seen as a nice-to-have, not an essential.
But there is lots of evidence from around the world that academic results are not actually higher in schools and colleges where Personal Development is put on the back burner. In fact the reverse is true.
So as the end of the year approaches, we think about what worked in 2023 – and what didn't – and what we want to do more of in the year ahead. Helping schools and colleges, and ALL their teachers, to embed social-emotional skills and personal development across curricula is definitely one of those things.
