28-Feb-25

SEL Day is 3rd March! To support this year's theme 'Skills for Success > Ready for the Future', your students can discover their mix of personality styles for free in our Persona Insights quiz, by using code VHVBNX here before 31-Mar-25.

Persona Life Skills is the only personal development platform with personality insights at its heart, where students age 11-19 develop social-emotional skills to boost wellbeing, academic and employability outcomes.

SEL Day is a global, grassroots campaign for social-emotional learning (SEL) supporting young people’s academic recovery, mental health and wellbeing. An important first step for any middle school, high school or youth development program student in building their social-emotional skills, is getting to know themselves. Using the code VHVBNX to create a free account here, your students can answer our fun quiz to explore how they think, communicate and behave in various scenarios, and gain insights into their unique mix of personality styles, plus AI-powered personal growth areas!

Where next on our EdTech journey?

Investing in life skills edtech is often seen by schools as a 'nice to have' – but there are many compelling reasons why it is in fact a 'must have' and we want to share these with you over the coming months.

Perhaps the most compelling is the financial case for implementing a life skills program. Columbia University’s Center for Benefit-Cost Studies in Education carried out a robust economic evaluation of SEL programs and concluded the return on investment was on average 11 dollars for each dollar spent.

Yes, that's right, and it bears repeating: The financial benefits of life skills programs outweigh their costs by more than 1,000 percent. If you have financial constraints, share this with your budget holders!
