Teacher recruitment leader Hays and Persona Education have come together to make free student Careers resources and Teacher CPD courses available for teachers in the Hays Education Hub.

Persona Life Skills is the only personal development platform with personality insights at its heart, where students age 13-19 develop social-emotional skills supporting wellbeing, academic and employability outcomes. 

Three student Career readiness courses and three teacher professional development courses are available free in the Hays Education Hub, a growing library of digital learning resources designed to empower staff and pupils. 

With the INSPIRE student PDF resources teachers can now guide students in getting to know themselves better with the Persona Insights personality quiz, and use these insights to prepare them for work experience by building transferable skills.

We are now raising a pre-seed investment round – EIS Assured so it's tax efficient – to help make Persona Life Skills even better for students, teachers and schools.

The funding will be used for:

• Making Persona Life Skills more engaging and interactive
• Adding short video content to make it more accessible
• Increasing school support to boost training and onboarding
