Where next on our EdTech journey?
In the post COVID-19 world, companies need emotionally intelligent workers with a range of soft skills, says the European Labour Authority. For example it is important to develop a sense of ‘digital etiquette’: Do your colleagues like lengthy, detailed emails, or do they prefer to talk on the phone? How often do they want to be updated during a task?
This ability to adapt your communication style to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes is something we focus on a lot in Persona Life Skills. We believe it is vitally important to start in the teenage years to start developing these important life skills.
