Teacher recruitment leader Hays and Persona Education have come together to make professional development resources and student careers courses available for teachers in the Hays Education Hub.

Persona Life Skills is the only personal development platform with personality insights at its heart, where students age 13-19 develop social-emotional skills supporting wellbeing, academic and employability outcomes. 

Three teacher professional development courses and three student career readiness courses are available free in the Hays Education Hub, a growing library of digital learning resources designed to empower staff and pupils. With these courses teachers can now get to know themselves better through personality insights, understand and assess their adaptability level, identify some growth areas and apply knowledge of personality styles to plan for effective pedagogy in the classroom.
