Behaviour for Learning links the way students learn, their social awareness and their behaviour. Persona Life Skills online social-emotional learning supports this approach by developing behaviours such as self-control, open-mindedness and communication.
Persona Life Skills is the online learning platform where students age 13-19 develop social-emotional life skills for wellbeing and employability, with a unique personality insights framework at its heart.
Behaviour for Learning (B4L) is a positive approach to developing successful learning behaviours, linking the way students learn, their social awareness and their behaviour. It’s all about nurturing their relationships with themselves, others and the curriculum. B4L can be interpreted in different ways, and Persona Life Skills supports many behaviours that are often included, such as self-control, open-mindedness and communication. Students access ‘life challenge’ learning modules, enabling them to build up these skills and more within age-appropriate contexts such as “Social Media Chat”, “Getting Along With Teachers”, “Group Work” and “Managing Homework”.
