Inspections are back! In the UK at least. As many schools and colleges prepare for inspections, a reminder that Persona Life Skills maps against the Personal Development aspects of OFSTED and ISI, and equally important benchmarks in other countries such as CBSE, Cambridge and IB Learner Profile.
Persona Life Skills is the online learning platform where students age 13-19 develop social-emotional life skills for wellbeing and employability, with a unique personality insights framework at its heart.
Post-COVID, Personal Development is now a priority on OFSTED, ISI and other inspection agendas. This is what Persona Life Skills is all about. Our curriculum supports students' core values, inclusivity, healthy relationships, career readiness, self-confidence and resilience. We also know that schools and colleges are being asked by inspectors what they are doing to support student wellbeing. Persona Life Skills helps teenagers develop social-emotional literacy, leading to greater adaptability and better relationships, ultimately contributing to positive wellbeing.
