The Skills Builder partnership works with educators, employers, organisations, parents and directly with students. For secondary schools and colleges, Skills Builder helps prepare their students for the future. The eight Skills Builder essential skills are those that young people need to succeed in education and beyond into employment. Skills Builder supports a school's careers strategy, providing engaging resources for building employability skills.

Persona Education's online social-emotional learning platform Persona Life Skills enables schools and colleges to help students age 13-19 develop 22 social-emotional skills that map to the eight Skills Builder essential skills: 1. Listening; 2. Speaking; 3. Problem Solving; 4. Creativity; 5. Staying Positive; 6. Aiming High; 7. Leadership; 8. Teamwork.

Persona Life Skills has been awarded Level 1 Skills Builder Impact Partner status, meaning it is recognised as raising awareness of the Skills Builder essential skills.

“Becoming a Skills Builder Impact Partner is a significant achievement for Persona Education, with our online learning platform having been released only less than a year ago. The Skills Builder partner organisations undergo rigorous assessment to be selected for the impact directory and represent best in class in their respective area, when it comes to social-emotional and employability skills development. We are proud to be a partner alongside Unifrog, Morrisby, PWC, Adecco, The Economist, Barclays and other organisations achieving social benefit for young people.” said Pete Read, CEO & Founder of Persona Education.
