Persona Education selected for SuperCharger Ventures Accelerator 5.0

Persona Education has today accepted an invitation to join the SuperCharger Ventures EdTech Accelerator 5.0 cohort. Over 270 companies applied to join the global accelerator programme, and only 12 were accepted, representing a significant achievement for the Bristol (UK) based online social-emotional learning provider.

The SuperCharger Ventures EdTech Accelerator is a much sought-after three month accelerator for seed stage education technology startups, focused on developing fundraising, international marketing and partnerships. The goal of the programme is to accelerate member startups' growth, and help them expand internationally into Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
The programme will give Persona Education access to guidance on its continued international expansion, building on its established base of almost 300 secondary schools and colleges across 37 countries which have already registered to use its Persona Life Skills online learning platform with over 82,000 students. SuperCharger will also provide access to its panel of over 200 leading international investors, and more than 100 edtech experts and mentors from schools, academia, governments, VCs, tech companies and other top startups.
The 5.0 cohort is fully international with the 12 startups spread across Europe, the Middle East, South America and Asia. Persona Education is the only UK startup to be selected for the programme. Successful startups which have previously benefited from the programme include Vikids, GraphoGame, Noodle Factory, EYouth, Bessern, Vygo and Tutorfair, among many others.
SuperCharger Ventures was born out of SuperCharger FinTech which was the leading FinTech Accelerator based out of Hong Kong and Malaysia between 2016-2019. With the event of COVID-19, amongst other trends, the pivot was made to move into EdTech to help build the EdTech ecosystem globally. The mission of SuperCharger Ventures is to support founders within EdTech by being the number one EdTech Accelerator globally.
